Förhandskrav

Grundkravet är att man har gått en kurs på en av Sjösportskolans kursplatser.

Det finns två grundcertifikat:

  • ICC Power/Sail <10 meter för dig som har Förarintyg och gått båtpraktik.

  • ICC Power/Sail <24 meter för dig som har minst Kustskepparintyg och gått båtpraktik, eller har Fartygsbefälsexamen klass 8.

Och ett tillägg-certifikat:

  • CEVNI för dig som har Kanalintyg.

Du behöver för alla certifikaten också ha ett

  • SRC/VHF-intyg, samt vara över 16 år och betalt för rätt ICC till Sjösportskolan.

 

OBS att varje charterbolag/uthyrare själva bestämmer vad de kräver för att du ska få hyra båt hos dem. Kontrollera alltid vad det charterbolag du skall hyra båt av kräver för utbildningsbevis.

Gör så här

  1. Registrera dig hos IYT: Gå in på https://www.iytworld.com/ och klicka REGISTER för att registrera dig som student. OBS: Skriv in dina adressuppgifter, utan åäö.

  2. Lägg upp din bild och ditt ID: Passfoto-liknande bild behövs det på dig (mobilkamera går bra) och en bild på ditt pass/ID som du laddar upp på registreringssidan. Bilderna måste vara sparade i JPEG-format och vara mindre än 2 MB var. Det fotot du laddar upp på dig själv är den bilden som kommer på certifikatet. Du kan beskäras bilden på webbsidan. När du är klar, klicka NEXT för att komma vidare.

  3. Skriv upp ditt student-ID: När du registrerar dig får du ett eget student-ID. Skriv ner detta på en lapp. 

  4. Ta foto på relevanta sidor ur din blå intygsbok eller NFB appen: Ta kopia/bild på sidorna som visar vem boken tillhör, samt på relevant intyg, SRC/VHF-intyg samt genomförd båtpraktik.

    Du som har tagit Förarintyg, tar också foto på Förarintyget.

    Du som har tagit Kustskepparintyg, tar också foto på Kustskepparintyg.

    Du som har tagit Fartygsbefälsexamen klass 8, tar också foto på ditt F8-utbildningsbevis.

  5. För dig som valt till CEVNI: Ta kopia/bild på ditt Kanalintyg.

  6. Maila till Sjösportskolan: Maila student-ID och fotona du tog ovan till icc@sjosportskolan.se.

  7. Nu är det bara att vänta lite: Sjösportskolan skickar vi dina uppgifter till Kanada och det tar ca 4-6 veckor för dem att tillverka och skicka ditt ICC-plastkort direkt  till adressen du har angav på ditt IYT-konto vid registreringen.

För utländska medborgare / For Foreign Citizens

Som utländsk medborgare kan du behöva ladda upp ett dokument kallat Proof of Residency, vilket kan vara en av dina räkningar eller möjligtvis personbevis. Detaljerad info hittar du nedan.

We would like to inform you that we must follow the policy based on Resolution 40 and Notice from the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). In accordance with UNECE Resolution 40 (Revision 4), citizens and residents of countries, listed below, that are signatories to Resolution 40, will be obliged to obtain an ICC from their own national issuing authority and not from IYT (with the exception of the United Kingdom and Latvia, see below). How to Apply for an ICC Certificate

  1. Register at IYT: Visit https://www.iytworld.com/ and click REGISTER to register as a student. Note: Your address must not contain Swedish the letters åäö.

  2. Upload your photo and ID: Upload a passport type of photo for your IYT card and photo of your passport/ID for identification. You can use your mobile phone camera for this. The photos need to be saved in JPEG-format and be less than 2 MB each. The photos can be cropped on the IYT web page. When done, click NEXT.

  3. Write down your student ID: When you register you get your own student ID. Write this down and do not lose it.

  4. Take photos of relevant certificates: Take photos/copies of the pages in your book of certificates (the blue book you received at your Förarintyg exam or in the NFB app);
    book owner, relevant certificates, SRC certificate and practical boat training ("båtpraktik"). PLEASE NOTE: One photo of each license where your name is clearly visible.

    For you who have Förarintyg; also take a photo of the Förarintyg.

    For you who have Kustskepparintyg; also take a photo of the Kustskepparintyg.

    For you who have Fartygsbefäl klass 8 ; also take a photo of your certification of education for this.

  5. For you who also have chosen CEVNI: Take a photo/copy of your Kanalintyg.

  6. Send email to Sjösportskolan: Send an email with your student ID and the all photos you took above, to icc@sjosportskolan.se.

  7. Now there's only a bit of waiting: Sjösportskolan will send your information to Canada, and it will take approximately 4-6 weeks for IYT to process and send your ICC plastic card. The card will be sent to the address you stated when you registered IYT account.
